The Religion of Global Warming
Now, as never before we are besieged by leftist propaganda pieces emanating from every imaginable media organization and academic institution in a full court press to foist upon us the concocted belief of man-made global warming/climate change.
Scientists probably all agree that climate change is occurring to one degree or another and has been occurring for billions of years. That's the nature of the universe and it would be foolish to think otherwise. The disagreement arises when those on the left attempt to blame western civilization and capitalism for the ongoing global climate change. Basic common sense obliterates the supposition that the United States is responsible for what has been happening since the beginning of time.
So why does this global proposition have more to do with politics than science? It's not really a difficult question. All one needs to consider is where these suppositions originate and what they plan to do to counter their stated problem (hint: it involves unimaginable, disruptive expense for what would amount to insignificant results).
In case you missed Rush's Friday show, you missed one of his most brilliant monologues on the secular religion of global warming/climate change. As luck would have it, you can find it on the free side of his website.
