This famous photo was taken by Mark D Phillips and Snopes assures us it's not doctored in any way. This evil image pretty well says it all about the perpetrators of terror.

This is but one face of the enemy we confront on a daily basis and unfortunately he doesn't always manifest himself in such an overtly evil way. Maybe on this particular day, he just couldn't help himself.
