Going The Way of Banana Republics

It used to be we were a nation of laws. We're slip sliding into the dangerous realm of selective law enforcement. The Canada Free Press has a good piece on a recent development in LA county regarding unlicensed drivers, most of whom are illegal, so the police is giving them a pass. Go figure. Unfortunately, that's just one example of selective law enforcement, and more often than not it's gender and/or race based. Divide and conquer? You better believe it!
