Former President Carter empathetic to Hamas...Again!

Referring to Hamas, former President Carter stated after they were elected to power by the Palestinian people that, "They may be terrorists, but at least they're not corrupt."

He's still empathetic to terrorists (has he met a dictator he didn't like?) and now he's claiming that the perpetrators (Palestinian voters) who empowered Hamas by putting them into office are "innocents," and the evil Israeli/American alliance is punishing the innocent Palestinian people by withholding aid.

Withholding aid?

Where's all the aid that was funneled into Arafat's personal bank accounts which was supposed to provide for the poor Palestinian "refugees?" Who was punishing them then? Was it the fault of the evil Israelis or the uncaring Americans that Arafat pocketed the bulk of that aid for his people?

Maybe President Carter should give Mrs. Arafat a call and see if she could cut loose of a few billion dollars, now in her possession, which was meant to feed and house and employ the innocent Palestinians when Arafat was alive.

Once again, leftists like former President Carter, continually side with the enemy by blaming the good ol' USA instead of placing the blame where it belongs.

If Palestinians are going without, as they have been for a generation, it is because their "leaders" and fellow neighboring Arabs and leftists around the world, have wanted them to remain in a squalid, refugee state so they could be falsely portrayed as perpetual victims of those cold, cruel Israelis.

If Palestinians were actually cared for by their wealthy Arab sponsors and would be leaders, there would be no reason to have Israel as their enemy. Consequently, the Palestinians, the "innocents" who support terrorism, will never be taken care of by their own, and when they go hungry, terrorist sympathizers like former President Carter are always first to blame Israel and America.
