Nevermind the scam; biofuels just sound right!
Whenever you hear the flagrantly used politically correct terms such as bio-diversity and sustainability, run for your check book and hold on tight to your wallet. These wonderfully organic sounding terms that warm the cockles of environmentalist's hearts have the pitiful politicos bending over frontwards and backwards trying to placate the noisome greenies.
But, alas, some fearless scientists are boldly saying that bio fuels are a scam.
Imagine that!
This isn't the first we've heard of this. I blogged about The Ethanol Myths last month. These myths are not a secret, but they are not widely written or talked about due to that pesky prevailing left wing agenda.
Let's just drill for more oil and build more refineries right here in our own back yard.
Right now there are new gas wells popping up everywhere over in Ft. Worth. No one seems to mind, in fact everyone is hoping and wishing someone will drill in their back yard.
DFW International Airport began drilling for gas just a few weeks ago and that money is going to totally revamp the airport. Who's complaining? This is great for all of Texas and indirectly the entire country because it makes more natural gas for all of the domestic market.
If only we could find some new oil fields in and around Dallas/Ft. Worth, maybe Texans could convince the politicians to expedite some much needed refineries.
We're building power plants, now let's work on some refineries!
