If you're not familiar with Levin, he's a constitutional lawyer and president of the Landmark Legal Foundation who served in the Justice Department in the Reagan administration.

He's one of the good guys and he knows what he's talking about. He, like many observers of history and current events sees our liberties rapidly slipping away via the corrupt judiciary and other leftists who are co-opting our constitutional freedoms.
